    Seems like the rights issue is a "punishment" for those recalcitrant EMP shareholders who refused to take up the DRD offer ..... maybe that's a bit harsh, but I suspect there might be a grain of truth in it.

    Glad I sold my EMP on market well before the "rights issue" fiasco.
