rights issue date extended

Ann. just out extended to the 19th of Sept.

To the PLV management if you want me to take up my entitlement in this issue for 1c.
first refund me the money I put in the last issue for 4c.
I wonder how many share holders are not participating in this new issue, and if they were refunded the money from the previous issue would take up their entitlement in the new issue?
I'm certainly not going through any more money in PLV.
