    NEO has released an announcement this evening giving details of the Rights issue and details of the wells that are planned to be drilled in the next few months.

    NEO has already indicated that it is participating in Jumonville # 1 well being drilled presently by Golden Gate Petroleum Ltd (GGP) to gain a 5% interest in the event of a successful well.

    The other two wells are two of the prospects in the SJJV acreage. According to the information supplied one of the wells (North Kettleman #1) will be spudded in July.
