I see Havilah have announced that they have only placed $500,000 of the shortfall. That brings the total funds raised to $3.6 million.
What happen to the non binding commitments from the major shareholders for $3.0 million? Or did all other shareholders only contribute $0.6 million?
Given they have $1.0 to $1.5 million of debt to repay, it leaves not much in the tin.
I hope they place the balance of the shortfall soon!
