I predict they will take all the oversubscriptions from the regular punters, and then satisfy the large players who wanted more with a placement at the same terms over and above the $25M they were seeking.
A company like this needs as much money in the tin as possible so that they can have a drillfest. I would be surprised if they turned any dollars away at all.
