The complaints about brokers are justified. The back offices of most of them are staffed by amateurs. As an example, on Friday I traded a few CGCR for a small profit. The broker charged me application money, which is fair enough, but had to be requested to refund it after the sale. If this happened to be 100,000 rights (which it wasn't !), the account would have been in debit $220,000.

Further, there is no excuse for shareholders not having their holdings in CGCR listed in their CHESS sponsored portfolio. Where's the Monkey is quite right to be outraged.
