OK I have just gone off my block at one of the ops at Link Market. They didn't get back to me within 24 hour and instead told me it had been "escalated without response yet" ( Melbourne Cup day everywhere yesterday) so I just lost it at her (no swearing as I do keep it professional).

Anyway I ended up with a supervisor who said she would immediately contact the manager and call me right back.
