    A previous issue @.25 in March 05, saw the sp closing well above .70 at record date. The sp never saw the lows of .25 again although some profit taking did see it fall to mid .30s. My assumption is the sp will remain fairly stable. Previous issue also saw a huge over subscription so numbers applied for per shareholder were severely reduced.
