rights issue may be cancelled, page-6

Announcement continues the strong drilling results but I doubt enough to take price back over 60c.
The uncertainty around success, or otherwise, of rights issue take-up is the big question. Most will probably agree with me that it will fall very short.

Options:
1)Cancel RI and refund those who had taken them up.
2)Start again but find an underwriter.
3)Find a taker for the majority of rights. They can still do that after 22nd. I'm sure they are working on this atm.
4)If this morning's announcement was to put a rocket under the share price; I think not. RI is now the problem and until it is sorted, by extending the take-up date by a month, or cancelling it and starting again, SP won't be going past 60c.
