The issue price is TOO high at 1 cent OR the exercise price is too high at 10 cents!
I think the directors need to change the issue price to half of one cent (0.005 cents).
The rights issue is currently presenting no value to shareholders at all. The issue price was too high in the first place when it was initially announced.
