rights issue neor, page-5

Sometimes i buy stuff just on a whim. I know I shouldnt but I do it because I'm just learning this game.

However, it is my honest opinion that this is a dud. I heard a few people say it before but I'm just glad I've lost only a couple of hundred on it.

This isnt a rights issue. It's a joke. I know we have a chance to vote on it but no company should be allowed to allocate shares or rights to option holders who have had their options lapse.....tough titties to those option holders. They took the risk and they lost. Well they havent lost now because they get a second bite. I noticed that the CEO has a few options.....i wonder if thats relevant...
