The buyback is underwritten up to 60pc so it is likely you will still be holding 40pc in the unlisted vehicle. Once the results of the buyback are announced, expect it to drop a tad as those that don’t want to remain sell out.
I’m positive on this and expect them to do okay in the next year. The reopening trade will mean a bumper quarter. Divvies and with the elevated transactions in the pub space, they could sell one or two to keep gearing down to fund additional buyback.
