The market is being fed at 4ct. Probably RBS is selling the stock that they were not able to sell. Taken the 5% fee into account they still make a small profit if they can sell the options at 2cts. Also 1.2 million shs have been crossed. Could that be from the underwriters book into their clients. Looking forward to see the overhang dissapear.
