anyone taking the offer?

Last day for acceptance and payment in full ( closing date ) is 2nd July 2012

The offer is very good ( check announcements )
those elligable get 1 New share for 3 at 7cents each.

eg shares............12,700
1 New share for 3.....4,234 New shares allotment 5 July
Total Holding........16,934 shares

Worked out if you want to read:

Pay $296.38 for New shares.

depending on when/what you paid for the initial purchase!
say 12,700 x 33cents say $4,222-...( inc brockerage )
New shares 4,234 x 7 cents = $296.38

1/ So total paid $4,518 = 4,222 + 296

2/ If sell $5249.54 = 16,934 shares x share price 31cents

3/ Net $700 = 5,250 - 4,518 - $32 brockerage

4/ then the ATO will want their cut of 30% $200- for investor ( depending on tax minimisation your in )
