    You really should be reading the documents if you're going to participate.

    It closes at 5pm on 28 August. If you're paying by BPay, it would be daft to pay on this day... you would check with your bank what leadtime is required.

    In my case I will play it safe and make the payment with a bit of leeway to make sure it is very certainly received on time.
