Rights issue shortfall closed

Whilst I wouldn't be surprised to see further announcements in relation to the shortfall shares. I note that the date to place the shortfall shares from the rights issue closed as at 11 December 2017. This means the overhang in the stock is now no longer and those who the company has spoken with now have to buy on the market.

Based on the announcements to date, the company has raised $820,927.23. Given the companies market cap this provides plenty of working capital for the company to progress forward with existing deals announced as well as any other opportunities that may come the companies way.

I intend to research the directors and their experience in an effort to see what (if any) other deals and industries they have been involved in over the last 24 months. I'm hoping this will provide insight as to what experience in deal making they bring to the company.
