rights issue shortfall

I Cannot believe there was any shortfall!
Shareholders only took up 29,097,547 shares raising $1,891,340.56.
The resulting shortfall from the Rights Issue is $41,114,012 shares.
Would have loved to be given a shot at the shortfall aswell before Smart Capital Funds.

Any way hopeully this might mean a tighter register depending on SCF.
