I don't think you are all being fair to those who are confused. I understood from previous anouncements the ex-date was tomorrow but became unsure when I read the prospectus because it makes no mention of the ex-date but refers to Eligible Shareholders' as those holding shares on the Record Date. Taken directly from the prospectus; Eligible Shareholders' Rights 1 New Share for every 3.75 Existing Shares held on the Record Date. But, I agree, I still think you needed to have bought today to get the rights issue.
