    I am curious about this raising. Why do it now?

    They do not appear to be short of cash so there would not appear to be any immediate need to raise funds. And it's not like they are getting a very good price for the new shares. In fact it dilutes the existing shares by half and only raises an amount that is 25% of the cash they have in the bank already.

    Odd. Maybe something is brewing?
