rights issue to shareholders, page-2

I don't hold in the company but to buy at 6 when its trading above makes sense. I did not get aboard a rights issue on igr once and it cost me money. I've leart that when the new shares issued start trading they are normaly accompanied buy a positive announcement to try and kick the sp along. Having said that the sp quite often comes back to meet the placement price. pev is on my watch list and maybe buy list. Do your own research.
