shareholders are the last resort tin to kick. Never before have they been included in any of the sweet deals. Only now that it doen't matter does he give them a look in.
Also its important for the RI to at least be put out there so he gat legitamately say that he exhausted all avenues of finance.
"The SH's threw in the towel and wouldn't contribute funds to keep the fight going".....so unfortunately........
