Well that is correct I don't think those guys made the right call and now they can't back out due to lost of face.

I have very good understanding of offshore Tunisia. Did my major dissertation over the area, spoken to recent explorers, staff of cooper energy. Etc

Anyway enough of me bragging I wish hw3 had worked but there are very few offshore fields only producing from fractures.

Why

Well you can't get a handle on the amount if recoverable oil vs how quickly the water cones up.

For example some of the offshore Palawan fields or those dogs onshore Thailand
