rights issue white knight

It is great to see all the directors have added to there holding in the Placement.

It would not surprise me if the board, ABN & Steve Bartrop with his corporate exposure at Macquarie Bank, Bankers Trust, Ord Minnett and JP Morgan could be negotiating with a single identity to take up a large parcel of shares.

I have seen this before the rights issue was not underwritten and in theses difficult times selling say a 10% to say AMP or others could be on the cards. (The Directors are very experienced)

This would definitely give a boost to Icon.

Time will tell.
