That's right. I subscribed to both the ROC and HDR rights issues - and certainly noticed that the ROC issue had a reply paid envelope while the HDR one didn't.

I regarded it as another indication of what the HDR management think of their smaller shareholders. It's a recurring pattern.

However, I will continue to hold because the merits of the company's assets should ultimately far outweigh the poor management - and the management is somthing we can do something about if we want to (i.e. replace them).
