Yes having some shortfall money offered accepted would have been nice, but I am not certain yet, and will wait until I see the cash returned.
The main thing with these small companies is often simply not to get diluted out with discounted placements to the favoured scoundrels. On that score we've been treated entirely fairly.
Not prepared to pay current market price myself atm so some shortfall shares would have been nice.
