One thing to remember is that at the time of the last capital raising, that was almost at the market bottom of the 'GFC', which was possibly the worst possible time to conduct a capital raising. In the last twelve months, market conditions on the whole have improved substantially. I wouldn't be surprised to see almost a full subscription of the new rights : )
