My understanding is that the issue is being well bid and will be deemed a success, i think that anybody who has an interest should read the independant report on the SNN website, its a weighty 125 pages but gives yuo a lot of confidence in the project, have also heard that there might be a few more people brought in to really get things moving, thre might be the odd suprise or two over the next couple of months.
