rights issue

Is there any reason why the administrator can not put up to the shareholders at the upcoming meeting an alternative resolution to go ahead with a rights issue to existing share holders at the bargin price of 2.5 cents per share so that they have the option to keep their money in the game in the hope that eventually obtain a return on their investment?

This is of cause if it is held that the assets and potential of Compass Resorces are worth picking up for such price. Going on the actions of our beloved director Mr Toll and his amego Mr Angelo that such investment is very desirable.

Maybe a fund can be started by Freinds of Compass Resources with lobbying of the major share holders who have more to loss/ gain so as to fund the costs of such in order not to be ripped off forever???
