Does this mean that the Board will be withdrawing Resolution 6 from the AGM to be held on 29/11/2010?
You know the one I mean ? where the Board proposes that Board members be allowed to buy up to 12 million shares at 8c per share, and a further 58 million at 8c to be issued to ?shareholders with a long term commitment to Bounty? ? whatever that may mean.
I?m looking forward to the receipt of an amended Agenda in which Resolution 6 is withdrawn ? but I?m not holding my breath.
Does this mean that the Board will be withdrawing Resolution 6...
