Good question Aussieyank. What was paid for the $13 mill. face value notes? The value of the MST 2 billion shares mutiplied by the sp of $0.003 is $6 million. My guess is less than a million was paid. Originally I thought $13 mill. was paid but it was a private sale at an unknown price. Whatever formula you use to convert these notes to shares, sp decline, dillution and company cash burn soon makes a mockery of their value.
