    Hi Giddy

Unfortunately the notes are due in March, so to be reissued they can in effect be issued under new conditions. I'm not sure how this applies to the ones being purchased by ASOC, whether they have to wait till the current extension runs out in March or they are reissued sooner. If it's March there is some time for some good news to come through in which case we might not have to worry.

It also occurred to me that if they do a consolidation at the same time, while there's still scope for some manipulation there would be a lot less chance of the sp going down by 33% or 66% in one hit. Maybe it should be tied to there being a consolidation, say 10:1 or even 100:1. That might also bring the traders back as it would become feasible to trade again.

In general, I think we have to support it because there isn't much choice. However, we can maybe try and moderate some of the conditions that apply to the scenario we have outlined here.

We'll see what transpires in the next few weeks.

btw - I'm one of those LT holders, been in it since 2000. Could have nearly 5 timesed my money at one stage, exceedingly foolishly I didn't do it!
