    Basically guys you have to trust that TOD is looking after our interests - which he always has in the past. The reason for the issue now and the deal later is probably tied into getting govt money or approval for some deal. For all intents and purposes Govt shuts down in the US and here from the end of November till the end of January so have to establish financial credentials in November.
