Agree, none of us have certainty. One thing to note, Bondholders are ahead of shareholders. So far, they could have taken the company into receivership many times, but haven't They have also been entitled to their $20m odd.

I am not so sure we should be bitching (not that you were CJS) about the notes. Perhaps buying them instead would be a better idea! Obviously a few guys think they are good value (some of them for a long time).
