That rule applies only to capital reconstructions and won't apply here. The options that we all got as the incentive to shell out more money in the last capital raising will be forever worthless after this little change is made. Thats a given.

I have many, many millions of the damned things. Oh well, c'est la vie. Rolled the dice going long in the last cap raising and lost. I can live with that.

Still would like to see shareholders get something but this deal cements their fate I suspect. Can't see any reason for the stock to hold its price now. Massive dillution on a scale not seen before will result from this.
