In your no. 4 item, you've pretty well described my stuation as well and maybe you're right about it getting back to those levels. I'm a "once was top 20", no longer but have still averaged down to about 5c. Taking up the full entitlement would bring that down even more, so maybe it's also worth it from that point of view. However it does require another leap of faith and some more excuses or slight obfuscation of the situation to the other half (the wiser half)! It depends really on how my cash situation is going to be which will likely require dumping something else. A hard decision. Still time for something good to happen though- let's hope it does even if perhaps unlikely!
