    Yeah, it's a bit like having a very dicky heart.
    First we tried medication. Not successful.
    Tried for a new heart. Did not eventuate, got ripped off.
    Then we tried a stent. Temporary fix, now bad again. Actually even worse.
    We really need a new heart!
    Found a donor.
    Will cost heaps, but the alternative is death!

    Battle on!
