not successful in terms of $$ raised but certainly successful for those who participated.. that is what i mean..and that is all that matters, if you participate in a placement, what are the shares worth after 1 month, two months etc etc.. that placement is still in the money even after 9 months have passed.. IMHO that is as successful for shareholders as ever a placement could be.
placements are never 100% subscribed or oversubscribed unless they are well in the money at the time and as you rightly say, that one was not.. i am only concerned with the result for shareholders
