    there is enough liquidity in IVR now for large players to manipulate so unfortunately it comes with the territory i guess..

    current market at approx $50M seems relatively good value to me so all things being equal i'm going to take the plunge...

    silver price is languishing at the moment and there is plenty of upside there as well..

    question is how much of the offer will be taken up and how much will they raise in the end..
