    Being able to buy on market at or below the offer price always presents me with a bit of a dilemma.
    When the placement isn't underwritten I will usually take the placement even at a slightly higher price than on market due to it being in my interest for the company to use the cash to further the project rather than ending up in the pocket of some anonymous trader.
    Many may think this is a crazy way to operate but I see a long term benefit to going that way.
