The way i see this is Prestige Glory paid $2,953,500 at .179c for 16,500,00 shares then they paid$102,077.45 at.o289 for 3,532,092 shares then they paid$1,373,200 at.02c for 68,660,000 giving them a total number of 88,692,092 shares for $4,428,777.45 and 15.79% of the company.When they take up there shares in the rights issue they will get another 44,346,046 shares at .02c another$886,920.92 and a 21% interest in the company.Grand total$5,315,698.37 for 133,038,138 shares and 21% interest in the company.The rights issue in total is for$5,600,000 which gives you 280,000,000 shares at .02c per share minus the 44,346,046 which will go to Prestige Glory and you have 235,653,954 shares left at .02c total $4,713,079.
