Thanks a lot. Explains the high intangibles. What are your thoughts on the past acquisitions - well planned or growth for growths sake? Also can you point out where there may be any specifics on the banking covenants. The offer document talks about the covenants in the risk section, but there is nothing specific to guage how close to the wind they are and will be.
