here is another warning bell: AAX's SP keeps falling below offer price. recently many other companies effectively failed their latest CRs (i.e. stock prices fell well below offer levels). considering plenty of earning downgrades in this sector and established bear trend for almost all engineering providerrs, my sayt is : do not invest a single cent in this sector, until the earning imrpvements can be seen. there is a serious risk of some of the engineering companies going broke / delisting etc. So I will stay away for at least 6 months or so.
