    I am aware of what a reverse takeover is and thanks for your information. I was more interested in understanding from p87 as to why vdm would be going to all this trouble raising all this money and the doctor putting in his own to only drive it and the price into the ground and then resurface under another name. That's the bit I am unclear about. Maybe it still is their end game.
