    The rights issue was squarely aimed at existing shareholders given the closeing date to be on baord is next Wednesday.

    Besides the assays results and signing of the JV, there is always the possibility that further news coming out of left field may help the SP along. Not sure if there is any further news to that we may know of coming up.
