Last time for local holders the rights were offered at 1.8 cents (not 2 cents) and back then you had to be a registered shareholder before the announcement , not like now where you have a week to get on board
The company back then had no cash and no discovery but the offer was fully over subscribed ...I took up my full entitlement ..it was a gamble but I'm glad I did...
