    Very puzzling - I won't be taking up the rights now so I reckon the underwrtier will have an out in the agreement ? There will be a huge shortfall triggered--???

    It is hard to imagine Kirkes would want all those shares -or the directors -so why is the stock being sold down -- Does not make sense.
