Completely agree. Based on the current valuation they are seriously an over paid BOD, I would love to be paid their wage while not having to worry about losing money hand over fist.
If they are still holding out for a JV they are fools. The best thing would be a take over for LC or the whole company as under their skilful running of the business they have run a business almost into the ground.
This stock should be at least 20 times higher than what it is based on the copper in the ground but with no mine up and running. If they had a functioning mine it should be even a lot higher than 20 times.
Even with the lack of faith in the management I have taken up my offer as I am hoping they have enough skill to get some sort of offer on the table which must be better than the dismal price right now.
