I am still taking up the offer because as long as the company survives we have a chance to walking away with some coin in our pocket. If the shareholders don't take it up then we can kiss our whole investment goodbye. IMO something is odd with the SP as CAD which has less money than MNC and no assets has a higher value than MNC. I am missing something or manipulation or irrational behaviour is strong and healthy in Australian investing.
