If PSD are doing a rights issue at 60c then wouldn't one assume...

    If PSD are doing a rights issue at 60c then wouldn't one assume the shares should trade above this level for people to take it up. Why wouldn't people buy at under this price as you wouldn't think the company would let it trade below for too long. Am I missing something? Confused.
