With respect, the way I read it the announcement stated the rights issue was oversubscribed which
indicates to me everyone wanted their full 1 for 3 entitlement and yet
many like yourself,myself and a few others I know were able to receive a number
"over and above their normal entitlement" so again I'm missing something.
In any event Coys issuing Rights normally have the ability to receive
over subscriptions.
